How feedback is gathered
At the end of every job, Danny walks through the finished work with the customer as a final check. That is the moment feedback is asked for, while the job is fresh. If a customer is happy for their comments to be shared, they are added here in their own words. Nothing is edited to sound better, and nothing is published without permission. Once CRF Services has a Google Business Profile, a link to its Google reviews will be added here too, so you can read comments left directly on Google.
The kind of work feedback will cover
Most comments will come from the main services: bathroom renovations, handyman visits and garden work, with carpentry, small building jobs and room renovations alongside. Every job is small scale and carried out by Danny himself, so feedback speaks to one tradesman's work rather than a rotating team. As comments arrive they will be grouped by the type of job, so you can read about work similar to yours.
What to expect when you book
You deal with Danny directly from the first message. The job is discussed, a written quotation sets out what is included, and the work is carried out by the same person who priced it.
